Over the years, KOPA has evolved from a regional association into a nationally recognized force for innovation, advocacy, and community in the print industry.

1995

KOPA founded by a coalition of 42 offset presses in Bengaluru.

2005

First Karnataka Print Summit—now an annual flagship event.

2010

Launched ‘SkillPrint’ training series; 3,000+ technicians certified to date.

2014

Secured state subsidy on recycled paper, cutting member costs by 5 %.

2018

Introduced cloud-based Resource Library for members.

2024

Policy advocacy win: 60-day payment clause in textbook tenders.

2025

Seed fund raised for MyPrintCircle—KOPA’s national digital platform.
